If you’ve found your way to this blog post, you’re probably like me (and most of the world right now!) – putting health and fitness on the front burner. My fitness story is probably like yours. Throughout the year, I have fits and spurts of eating well and incorporating movement and workouts into my daily routine.
But I struggle with being consistent.
Life happens.
I encounter a super busy work week or get derailed by an illness. The next thing I know, it’s been a week or two since I last put on my sneakers or paid attention to my water intake.
The thing is, I KNOW that when I intentionally track my progress in any area of my life that I’m trying to improve, it REALLY makes a difference in my success.
So this year, I’m on a mission to track my health and fitness goals in a very tangible way. And what better way to achieve this mission than with a new set of printables?
Free Printable Fitness Tracker Set
Daily Fitness Planner Printable
The first option for tracking your health and fitness goals is to use the Daily Fitness Planner Printable. You can print out a full-size 8.5×11 inch version or modify the settings in your print function to print out two half-size printables, or even four quarter-size printables.
This printable features spaces to record:
- daily goals
- water intake
- food intake
- exercise details
There’s even a spot to reinforce your “reason why” (i.e. your motivation to achieve today’s health and fitness goals).
Weekly Health Tracker Printable
If you prefer a more streamlined method of tracking your health and fitness goals, the Weekly Health Tracker is the perfect solution for you. Print it out on Sunday evening so that you’re ready to hit the ground running on Monday.
For each day of the week, there is a column to record:
- what you ate at each meal (as well as snacks)
- the type of exercise you completed
- calories burned
- water intake.

Print out the habit tracker printable at the beginning of each month and write down all of the habits you want to track in the left column. Then simply mark off each day that you accomplished the goal.
And don’t limit yourself to just health and fitness goals!
You can use the habit tracker for any type of new habit you’re interested in cultivating. As you can see above, I’m tracking my progress with completing a specific evening routine each night.
As with many aspects of life, accountability is key to accomplishing goals. I definitely feel a huge sense of accomplishment when I flip through my completed tracking sheets at the end of the month. They serve as a record that I kept my promise to myself.
