The celebration of Kitchen and Bath Month continues, and with it comes a celebration of my favorite kitchen organization products!
Earlier this month, we focused on products that bring about organizational bliss in the bathroom. Today, it’s all about the kitchen…more specifically–the pantry.

My Favorite Kitchen Organization Products
1. Stacking Baskets
There isn’t a single kitchen organizing project I’ve tackled in which Sterilite stacking baskets haven’t been used to “containerize” something. I’ve used them in clients’ kitchen cabinets and drawers to store vitamins and medications, paper products, and plastic ware. More often than not though, I’ve used them in pantries to store various food categories, like you see in my own pantry above.
They are the perfect kitchen organization product for reach-in pantries with shelves. When you use stacking bins in this way, you get a “gold star” for maximizing vertical space!
The best part is that you can customize your storage solution by selecting a combination of small stacking baskets and medium stacking baskets.
Since the ones I use are not clear, labels are a must when using these particular stacking baskets. When the gray stacking mechanism is in the “stacking” position, it reveals the perfect place for affixing a label when the basket is stored on a low shelf.
2. Elfa Utility Pantry Door and Wall Rack Solution
If you’ve read the blog for any length of time, you know that I’m kind of obsessed with the Container Store’s Elfa line of storage products. As a matter of fact, I featured one of their bathroom storage solutions in my post on favorite bathroom organization products.
So, you’re probably not shocked to learn that one of my favorite kitchen organizing products is the Elfa Utility Pantry Door and Wall Rack Solution. This storage solution can effectively free up an extra shelf in your pantry!
I use it in my pantry to store condiments, oils, and vinegar bottles. But I’ve also used this product in clients’ kitchens to store pasta, bottles of soda, and all sorts of boxed food items.
There are quite a few door storage systems on the market. What I love most about this particular one is that you can fully customize it to suit your needs, with a variety of basket sizes of various heights and depths.
The Container Store even provides an online design tool to create your custom door rack.
Another feature that I love is the sturdiness of this door storage system. It can support quite a bit of weight, as you can see in the image above.
I chose the platinum finish to compliment my black painted door, but it’s also available in a white finish.
3. Turntables/Lazy Susans
Last up on today’s list of kitchen organization products that have saved my bacon in the pantry is the large turntable, a.k.a., the lazy susan.
Lazy susans come in a variety of sizes and materials. This kitchen organizing dynamo is the perfect solution for storing items in the pantry, refrigerator, or in even in a kitchen cabinet.
I use a set of these large lazy susans in the corner of our walk-in pantry. It’s the perfect solution for organizing all of our oils, vinegars, and various other condiments.
These turntables spin effortlessly and makes me happy each time I reach for something on it. Iisn’t that what organizing products are supposed to do after all?
And there you have it. My favorite kitchen organization products:
